  • Authentic hole-in-the-wall Lao food spot. I was surprised that the prices were a bit on the higher side, especially given the location. That said, the flavors were definitely on point. One thing that threw me off was having to pay extra for noodles with my Lao papaya salad—I’ve always gotten them included for free at other restaurants, so that felt a bit odd. Still, I’d come back if I’m in the area.

  • Loved the laotian sausage and dessert. The pad that was better than the curry soup. We will have to return. Felt like I was in somebody's home enjoying a home cooked meal. Bought some curry puffs and another dessert to take home. They don't have free refills as most of their drinks are canned and they don't sell water nor diet options. Their Thai coffee and tea were refreshing.

  • This place was near our hotel, and we wanted some soup to end our day. The restaurant is located in a sketchy area by some apartments and inside a market-style setup. I ordered the chicken khao poon. While the flavor was good, I really wish they offered the vegetables on the side instead of mixing them into the bowl. I didn’t like the taste of the bean sprouts and purple cabbage. It would be much better served separately. Their sticky rice was also given in a syrofoam to-go container instead of the traditional Lao rice container (thip khao), which keeps the rice warmer and adds to the authentic dine-in experience. Coming from a health department background (although not in this city), I was very turned off seeing staff wearing sandals while taking orders and serving food. They should know this is not up to health code and could easily be reported. Customer service was non-existent. No one checked in on us, and we were short on napkins the entire time. The Thai iced tea was also way too sweet because of the heavy condensed milk. Overall, the food was decent, but the presentation, environment, and lack of basic health standards were disappointing.

  • This was our first time trying this restaurant. The pho was spectacular. SIL loved the beef fried rice and the egg rolls. I’m visiting from Colorado but my kids said they will order from here more often - it’s right down the road from them.

  • One of my favorite Laos food place, a true hole in the wall/hidden gem. The service is always great with it being family owned and operated. The restaurant itself is attached to a small market. All of their foods are really fresh and delicious! Their medium sized sticky rice is a huge to go box portion!

  • What a find. Went through a list of local restaurants but they were all closed. We ventured to this spot and to our surprise was very authentic Laos cuisine with proper ingredients and cooking techniques. What a delicious flavor. Try their recommendations they're all yummy. Also, prepare yourself to awesome spicy hot delicious flavors with their papaya salad. I bet there is much more awesome to have there. We will definitely be back.

  • Coming here since 2020 the owners are very nice and friendly. It’s about as authentic as it gets for Laotian food. Love coming here for the restaurant and picking up other Laos grocery items like Jeow bong sauce, & desserts.

  • Authentic Lao/Thai restaurant with an attached Asian grocery store to get your basic Asian ingredients such as fish sauce and Thai basil. The food was good and the owners are friendly. Our food was delicious - there was nothing left on the plate after we ate.
